Stayed here in the past, however this time we were very disappointed and will not stay at this location again. Water in toilet was constantly running, had to request TV remote; only one small bar of soap (party of 4); shower water sprayed all over. When talking to desk clerk felt as she was not going to pass information on and only explained they were under new management.
Pool out of service, elevator stop working. they had to change my family member room three times.. Somebody use the restroom and did not flush. over a very bad experience for myself and my family members they rented rooms at the same place. Icemakers out of service. pretty much everything was out of service.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
When we arrived the room we had reserved had been given away. They did give us another room. When we entered this room the smoke detector battery was beeping. No one could fix it so we were moved to another room. In this room the tv remote did not work and we had to request the requisite number of towels. Usually we are pleased with Hampton Inns, but we will not be returning to this one!
