The room was supposed to be a standard king room. They put us in a handicap room. I asked to have a king room and they told me it was the same just a little bigger than other rooms. There was a dead fly on the lounger chair. The bathroom walls near the toilet was not cleaned and had something splattered on it. The tub did not drain at all.. We only stayed one night so we didn’t notice this until we were about to check out. The hotel was booked out this time and the staff told us they didn’t have another room to move us to at the time. when we pulled the sheets back on the bed there was grass/hay in the bed. I paid a lot of money for this hotel and it was not a pleasant experience.
