The price you pay is a bit too high for this place. Breakfast is fine, hot omelets and sausage/bacon, oatmeal and pancakes. Juices, coffee yogurts and fruit. The rooms are small. Have decent Dove products in bathroom. Our lights kept flickering the whole time we had them on. Beds were noisy and a bit soft. The carpet getting off elevators on second floor are crazy trip hazards! The place is relatively quiet for being on a main road. $14 Uber to Universal. $18 Uber to hotel (heard it was $15 for a taxi) . Security guard on premises constantly Unsafe neighborhood to walk more than a block away.. staff are nice but I went to purchase some Mario tickets at desk and was told they weren’t available for 10-15 minutes.
