The hotel is very clean, the beds are showing some age and just OK, the little refrigerator was making noise repeatedly through the night and waking me up. the breakfast was excellent, great choice of food.
My hotel bathroom had hair on the back of the toilet and in the shower when i arrived. I asked for a room refresh (you have to ask there) and didn’t receive it. I asked for an itemized final receipt and they said they’d send to me, never got it. The only reason they got an average rating for staff was because the staff throughout the hotel were kind.
