    The Harrah's Laughlin, is a bit tired. The elevators were not all functioning for the North Tower, the rooms were very outdated, and some of the items in the room were broken or not fully functional. The staff was phenomenal and helpful, there's plenty to eat a decent gambling floor, and the river side location is spectacular.

    2 working elevator for a 20 story hotel & Lines of guest waiting for 15-20 minutes for elevators. Harrahs needs a full hotel renovation. This property should not be on AAA list of hotels.
