This hotel offers relatively spacious guest rooms with either a king or two queen beds, bright bathrooms and open plan closets. Parking is at an additional fee, paid via an app. The front desk can provide more information if needed. A large “lifestyle” complex featuring shopping, dining, a comedy club and a movie theater are within walking distance. Smoke free premises. 156 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. The pillows were horrible. We requested extra pillows multiple times and never received them. Our phone in the room did not work either. Our hotel room was decent size.
Transfer to Port is available, but an Uber would be cheaper. VERY busy and the breakfast area (not included) was crowded. We had to wait quite a while for seating and service. Lobby area very crowded. Everything in the room was fine.

The hotel restaurant and lounge were meager in accommodation, style, service, menu choices and quality. The staff did their best but with one bartender, one waiter and one cook they were overwhelmed. And breakfast was not free. I belong to Hilton Honors, but the Hotel would not "honor" it with free Wifi, because I booked the room through AAA and not directly through Hilton.
Hotel is in need of an uplift. (The management told us they were planning a redo this year). The pool area was is need of new seats and tables/umbrellas. The seats were unsafe (mesh was splitting, frames were bent). My husband had to fix an umbrella so we could sit under it. The rooms were clean but smelled unclean (carpet?) the bathtub was badly chipped (large area peeling from its resurfacing). Our second room was over the elevator control room and made a loud noise every time the elevator was used.
Not to clean of rooms and signs of wear and tear everywhere in building. Beware
