The hotel is beautiful, well appointed and extremely clean! My taking 2 stars off is due to the front desk unexplainably denying our request for a 1hour late check out. We had an important appointment, went to the front desk to request the late check out and no one was there. We left a note with our phone number. The front desk person calls and says she cannot honor the late checkout. We were shocked, I have never had this happen before, not sure if it was because we booked through AAA and she didn’t know we were Hilton Honors members? We had to reschedule our appointment, the front desk persons response was,”that’s fine.” No it isn’t fine! I was very disappointed to say the least.
