I was going to give it a 5. But the housekeeper didn’t empty my trash cans for a couple of days and the cold tab water in the bathroom sink was leaking (cannot turn it off all the way). It took a third day of my stay to see a plumber to fix it, however he made it worse than before and the hot tab water was completely broken! I have no hot water from Thursday afternoon until I checked out the next day. I ran into the general manager and told him what happened, he just smiled and said it will be fixed. And it’s too late! And one more thing, during my check in, nobody told me to use the key card to operate the elevator.
