Upon chech-in, the hotel did not want to honor my confirmed reservation for the confirmed rate. The person had to get the hotel manager and the manager saw my confirmed reservation email and then agreed to the rate and then it was adjusted to the confirmed rate. The hotel needs to honor what is confirmed and honor AAA at the time of check-in and not get a manager to adjust the rate down or the business they are trying to get will leave and not come back! I was embarrassed by this incident!
