My only concern with my booking, was at the moment I needed to change my reservation AAA could not help I was asked to contact the Hyatt hotel. I contacted the Hyatt hotel and they stated my reservation could only be changed by AAA. I called AAA back, I was asked to cancel and rebook my reservation which would have increased my cost by $200. I spent 1 night in a wheelchair accessible room. And asked the CSR to change my room. She was able to upgrade my room at no extra charge. Changing a reservation should be as easy as it was booking it.
