The Intercontinental Mark Hopkins is a masterpiece of 1920s splendor. It has been brought back to that standard, all the more due to its people. Service is more than a standard, it is exhibited by everyone we met. It is appropriate to say that the Top of the Mark is at the Top of Nob Hill.
It should be 4 1/2. Main thing lacking was a gift shop.
