Horrible!!! Filthy!! The carpet was black the cloth bench was disgusting 🤮.
Hotel has no valet or curbside bell hop to unload your or load your luggage. Entry way was dirty pavement. Hotel had strong smoke odor throughout. There was no kitchen room service or any special room service except daily room clean. Some dining doesn’t open until Friday thru Sunday. Room rates are higher than the classier places on the main strip. Will not stay here again. Am cancelling my next stay and rebook at Hardrock.
Quick easy check in/out. The room was clean. I highly recommend giving the Spa a go. Fantastic staff and the massage was wonderful.

Elevators to hotel rooms under construction and very long waits to get to and from room.

I liked this hotel but, there needs to be some upgrades for instance, the carpet was stained. The elevators to the rooms are slow. Also, the situation of the parking decks in relation to the rooms being on opposite sides of the building makes it hard to leave quickly when needed.
