Everyone from the valet, bellhop, and security, to the front desk and housekeeping was soooooo pleasant! They loved my dog and made her feel really welcome as well. She was excited to see everyone whenever we left the room. I have stayed at Kimpton hotels before, mainly the Lorien Hotel & Spa, but this one was so beautiful inside. The size of the room was a little disappointing, but the view, blackout curtains, and comfy bed made up for it. My one issue was that they allowed a huge truck to park in front of the hotel on Saturday during check-in time. I checked in Friday, so I was only trying to get my vehicle back to valet. I would recommend that they do deliveries or event set ups in the morning. But still, a fantastic, friendly hotel located in the heart of the Inner Harbor. We were a 2-5 minute drive away from all of the go-to locations. I will definitely be back for another romantic getaway!
