This was one of the worst place that I had stayed. Rooms were not clean with bedsheets felt like used. No one told us about how frequently room service was offered and when asked about it, got different answers depending upon who you ask. Facility was no smoking, but patrons including some of the staff was smoking in the front door resulting smoke coming in the lobby. We wanted to get out of place due to this within 1 day, but due to policy being 24 hr notice stayed another night. We had to reduce our stay from 3 nights to 2 because of that experience. Had to make last minute reservations to another hotel to get better family experience. I'm not sure, why was this rated as "Great for families" on AAA site.

The room was absolutely horrible. It was like spending the night in a crack house. And I am not kidding.

We booked a squire however when we arrived we were given keys to a room that had the other adjoining room also open. There was food and a mess in the mini fridge, and when we went into both of the bathrooms there was urine all over the toilets and floor around the toilet. The floors had debris and had clearly not been vacuumed. When we complained to the front desk we were told “Oh. Okay. I’ll leave a note for housekeeping tomorrow”. Needless to say, we ended up leaving that hotel and finding a different one.
Air conditioning didn't work properly. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast area very small, and very limited options for food. The coffee maker broke, so there was limited coffee and there was a flooding issue in the kitchen so they were probably going to close breakfast an hour or two early.

Everything was great. The only bad thing is that our room was right next to the elevator so you could hear it every time someone was using it.
