The ONLY reason I gave staff "poor" was for ONE staff !! On Sat. after returning from a "celebration of life", in heels all day, got up to my room on 3rd floor, key card didn't work. I went back down to desk & told her, mentioned maybe they should put phones on floors to call down to, her reply "you could've taken off your heels & came down barefoot" !?!? SERIOUSLY WOMAN, did I look like I was barefoot material !! Breakfast lady was AWESOME & the morning desk lady on Sat. too.
The room was very clean and comfortable. They turned the beds every morning and cleaned the bathroom as well. We didn't have to ask for clean towels. It was all taken care of. The perfect location around restaurants and stores. Great view of the trees. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
