The LEGO themed hotel is geared toward children ages 2-12. Rooms have a split floor plan so both the children and adults can relax in their own space. The themed rooms are eye catching and popular. There is a plethora of things to do here when guests are not at the park, which is located right next door. Set on Lake Eloise, there are boardwalks to walk and view wildlife, a fire pit area to relax beside at night, a LEGO club room with movies, a water slide by the expansive swimming pool, mini-golf and even a Master LEGO builder's workshop for guests. Pontoon boat rides are available. Smoke free premises. 152 two-bedroom units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

We stayed at the Beach Resort. Rooms are very kid friendly. Do not recommend bunk beds for adults! Staff friendly & breakfast was very good! I would definitely stay again!! Drawback, even if you have a Beach Retreat parking, you park for free but with the general public area. When staying at Legoland/Pirates, you have covered parking n closer.

LEGOLAND itself was great with the kids. The hotel was one of the worst yet. All the programs were confusingly marked and different staff tell you different information. Breakfast without a reservation will have you waiting 40 minutes to an hour to get in. When you tell staff your issues, they don’t really care. There are some stars in the crowd that was very nice but at the end of the day you spend a lot of money to only feel like you’re staying at a best western or motel 6.
I want to make it clear that I’m rating the Legoland Beach retreat and not the hotel as it says above. The AAA website got me confused with a picture of the Legoland a hotel while I was Making the purchase. I’m very familiar with the Legoland Hotel and wanted to stay in it again but mistakenly I purchase the Legoland Beach retreat to stay. I love the Legoland Hotel but the Beach retreat is nothing like it . It’s very old and not as comfortable. The pool is nice but the location isn’t as convenient as the Hotel. Also my room was infested with ants and I’m still dealing with the bites 4 days later. I wouldn’t recommend or stay at the Legoland Beach Retreat again. I will make sure I’m purchasing my stay at the Legoland Hotel instead.
