People at the front desk treated us like we had been to the hotel many times. We were staying 2 nights and nobody explained that if you wanted fresh towels, soap and coffee you needed to request this service. Didn’t explain that you need to use your room key in the elevator to go to your room. Staff didn’t seem to be interested in making us welcome.. We were disappointed with the fact that the Prime restaurant was closed for a special event. The hotel is not close to the downtown restaurants and we came back to the hotel after being downtown to find the Prime closed for a special event. Room was nice and clean.. TV remote didn’t work when I tried to turn it off, I had to unplug the set.

Good facility, location not the best. Few amenities, probably because it is adjacent to a casino.
