Actual room was pleasing, but hallway carpets need to be replaced and had a displeasing vomitorium olfactory sense about them.
The hotel was very nice and clean, however the bar at the pool and the license to chill bar both closed early and was very inconvenient. We were also place in an ADA room when it wasn’t needed.
Check in and out very laborious, carpets dirty, only 3 out of the 6 exercise equipment worked, asked for a room with a tub, they said yea, then have me a room without a tub and no other room available, only one set of elevators in the middle of the hotel, poolside patios dirty, poolside tables dirty
It was a fun stay. But our door to our room was hard to get closed and part of the jam popped off. I told the front desk so that it doesnt happen to the next person. It is a safety issue and it seemed like it was no big deal.
The staff was amazing, beautiful property and amenities. Very pleased
