I had a lot of trouble checking in, which according to the front desk agent was due to the fact that I had booked through a third party instead of directly through the hotel. The front desk agent also tried to up-charge me for the room above what I had already paid in full through the third party. This was totally unacceptable and unnecessary. I was very displeased, and it was an unnecessary waste of my time.

Ice machines on our floor did not work, had to go to the lobby. They had a public microwave next to the ice machines that was dirty from splatters and food left in it, with no way to clean it. It didn't work well either. Restaurant and bar were closed. Had to go out to eat or drink.
