No complaints about the room itself. Great location. We were disappointed the rooftop bar and cafe were not open when we were there. We were told by hotel staff that the cafe on the rooftop would be open for breakfast the next day, but it was not. The only nearby option was a tiny little cafe across the street. The bar wasn't open when we returned from the concert next door, which was also disappointing. Otherwise, great stay, great location, helpful & friendly staff, etc.
We have stay at the Moonrise several times over the years and love it every time. In our room we were having problems with the heating system. A man from maintenance came and was extremely helpful in getting us switched to another room. The man who checked us in was very friendly. We love the pictures in the rooms. The mattress is so comfortable I even looked to see what kind it was hoping to get the same at home. Despite being in a busy area the rooms are quiet. It is a convenient location for restaurants or tourist attractions.
