We were woken around midnight by some guests staying next to. They were very loud and would not settle down. I was able to text the front desk and let them know and almost immediately 2 security guards came. They checked in with us to make sure we were ok and then quite quickly handled the guests (who kept saying we had their dog - we did not). I really appreciate how professional and considerate the guards were. The room was clean - both in appearance and smelled nice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
