The rooms are attractively decorated with uniquely designed furnishings and some rooms have a deep soaking tub. Some rooms have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the main atrium. Smoke free premises. 393 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 20 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The employees were very courteous and helpful. The doors were opened for you when entering and exiting. They were willing to make corrections on the bill.
Staff were polite and helpful, as expected. Location was OK, but in a sad part of downtown, also as expected. Hotel was upscale, but had some unexpected drawbacks: there was an adjoining room with a door between us. The guests in the adjoining room routinely stayed out past midnight, and were easily heard through that door when they returned. The first part was OK, the second was not. The carpet smelled off. Not OK. So, overall average. The weather was horribly hot--nothing that the hotel could do about that, but wouldn't advise an optional visit to Austin in late June.
