AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
Located on 12 acres, this expansive resort offers large suites in three high-rise buildings, each with a swimming pool. The main pool has a fun nautical theme with a waterfall feature. A daily breakfast, a beach bag, use of paddleboards and kayaks, as well as beach chair and umbrella service are all included in the resort fee. Daily activities are available for the kids, as well as guided nature tours and live music at least 4 nights a week. The on-site marina has a harbor master and the slips can hold up to a 100-foot boat. Smoke free premises. 192 condominiums, some two bedrooms, efficiencies and kitchens. 9 stories, exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

AAA Listing did not tell me that the resort fee of $50 and taxes were not included in the rate that was a surprise. And there wasn't much of amenities as the only thing open was the big pool. I put a picture of the view out my window of the pool and hot tub under construction. They did have a nice breakfast buffet, They had a bar that served some food. For the price I was disappointed. The room was nice but it was not attached to the main building so to get to the bar or food we had to go outside in the rain.
