The location of the pullman is great. It is a two minute walk to the tower. The hotel and customer service needs some great improvement. The elevator doors did not work, they kept opening and closing. You couldn't use the stairs they locked the doors. the rugs were never vacuumed and the rooms were never cleaned. They just pulled up the duvet cover. There was no top sheet on the bed.

Large room n comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Very slow check in. Room cards only worked 3x then u have to get a new one from desk very annoying. I always kept mine in the foil lined sheath so I don’t think magnets from security in museums removed the key codes. Would be an improvement to have drawers for personal items in roomxs and a phone easier to use. Restaurant is excellent. Staff was friendly. Lines to check in were too slow.
