This hotel is such a pleasant surprise - not huge, in peaceful, natural surroundings, yet close to the airport. My room was very comfortable, and the food and service in the restaurant were very good, all for a great price. I'm glad I stayed there.
Vic and other staff were great. I needed a plate and a way to keep my refreezable ice solid. All requests met with kind quick yeses.

We asked for a wake-up call because we had an early flight. Luckily I decided I wanted up 15 minutes earlier and set my phone. The wake-up call never came. When I mentioned it when checking out, they looked and it was set incorrectly and we never would have received a call.

Staff were very helpful and professional, and friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities needed. They even provide earplugs for sleeping, in case the nearby airport noises are too loud! Parking was an extra charge, but reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight in Portland.
