Toilet was dirty and clogged in our first room. In the 2nd the shower leaked from the valve onto the floor
Worst hotel we have every stayed in. Carpet was frayed and torn as you entered the room. Carpet had no pad a floor was freezing as we were in a ground florr room. Stains on the carpet. Furniture was outdated, scratched, and worn. The upholstered sitting chair arms and back were filthy and stained. The sink and tub had no drain stops. Tub grout was gross. Tissue dispenser was rusty.

Bedsheets had stains, ants on carpet and bathroom tiles had mildew.

The Hotel was not the photo on the website. The building was dated and in need of an update. The hallway carpets were worn and frayed. The carpet in the room was soiled and stained. The bed was broken and the easy chair was filthy and stained on every portion of the chair. The bathroom had mold around the tub, the toilet was circa 1959 and a wasteful 7 gallon flush , ill-fitted and incorrect toilet with 5 inches between the tank and the wall, a true rummage sale find at best. There were black hand prints all over the bathroom door and ants in the bathroom. Housekeeping can the 1st morning and never again for the rest of the trip. In order to get clean towels a trip to the front desk was required, and while an apoligy and excuses for housekeeping not tending to the room with assurances that it would be rectified but still house cleaning staff NEVER came. The breakfast food was horrible, it look like it was multiple day leftovers and we ate elsewhere everyday. This hotel is gross.. there are other choices in the area.. be smarter than my husband and I , select any other hotel but red lion.
