The property is divided into two distinct sections: the marina rooms and the ocean suites. On a regular basis a boat leaves for a private offshore island complete with all the necessary facilities. All but five guest units are shower only. The marina tower is for adults only with its cool, chic ambience while the ocean suites tower is suitable for extended-stay needs and families. In between the two distinct sections the property is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, many of which are part of this downtown resort hotel. Smoke free premises. 555 units, some condominiums. 5-6 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).
