SAHARA Las Vegas

This hotel was great, it was very clean and the room was spacious. The only reason it got four stars is because the wifi didnt work and the tv didnt work the whole time.

Didn't like that they charged me another $220 when I got there. Other wise hotel was fine.

This hotel looks nice and rooms are adequate, but there is absolutely no customer service. When we arrived we checked into our room and opened a celebratory bottle of champagne. When we called the front desk nobody answered the phone and instead, we used their texting system. They answered via text stating that they did not have champagne or wine glasses. We later got a bottle of wine and asked if they had a wine opener. To our surprise, they said that the bar downstairs would uncork a bottle for us, for a FEE. They also did not service our hotel room during our stay, despite requesting that they do.

Our room smelt so much like cigarettes. We asked for a non smoking room and when we told them it smelt so bad all they offered was for them to come spray it. The spray did absolutely nothing. Even the housekeeper who came to spray it told us that she was surprised with how bad it smelt and didn’t know how we could be in there. It was so bad that we tried to avoid being in the room as much as possible. The majority of restaurants are closed during the day which was extremely inconvenient. However, we did get to check out an hour later complimentary. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible hotel I just think we had a poor experience. We probably would have fought more to be switched if we weren’t busy with wedding stuff. Honestly, we just didn’t have it in us to continue to complain.

Was on the 25th floor and on my last day there only 1 elevator worked and after waiting 30 mins for the elevator it never came . Ended up walking 25 flights of stairs with my suitcase .not to mention when the elevator did open doors everyone rushed and cutted to get on. All kaos.
