The room was clean. It could have used some touching up, though with paint and some maintenance. We saw a few roaches, but it is Florida. Only some of the buttons worked on the microwave. There was a decent size fridge and freezer. It had a two burner stove, but no oven. A lot of people were smoking outside in front of their rooms, but our room didn't smell like smoke. The shower pressure was very low. Overall, for the price and for one night, I'm not complaining. I would not recommend this place much longer than one night, though.
