Very nice place, clean and lots going on there. Had a great time and would love to go back.
On Saturday our plans revolved around the use of their pool. We ordered lunch from their vendor and were about to eat when we were abruptly told to vacate the pool area for the DJ Dance Party to be held poolside. There was nothing posted on your confirmation to us when we booked. We would have stayed somewhere else. When I brought this to the attention of a manager when we checked out, I was told; If I would have booked through them directly I would have seen it posted but because I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing they could (would) do about it. They were unwilling to give me any comps whatsoever. Needless to say I won't be staying there again, and I will be reluctant to book 3rd party (AAA) as well.
