Overall my stay went well. One night there was a power outage in the hotel, so it was lit by candlelight. That wasn't the issue i had though. The issue was when the fire alarm started going off on that same night. The staff were not properly trained on this. I went down to the lobby and there was no one in sight. It took about 7 minutes for the first employee to show up and let us know what was happening. After about 20 minutes, they got the alarm turned off so I went back to my room. The staff didn't handle the situation with professionalism at all.
