while the Valet Parking attendants, front desk staff, and room clean attendants, were quite courteous, repsonsive and friendly, the ground floor bar/restuarant waiter and chef could use some training and improvement. Upon asking the waiter to bring my wife another ribeye steak to replace the first one which was rife with fat, he took her entire plate away...steak and sides which was OK. After waiting 30 minutes for another dinner, he returns with just the steak and no sides. After asking where were the sides, he said Oh' I'll ask the chef to prepare replacement sides which will take another 20 minutes. I said no thanks, just bill me for my plate only, which was salmon. We wound up going elsewhere to get my wife a mothers day meal.

Enjoyed everything about my stay! Friendly staff and very welcoming! Check-in and checkout process were quick and easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! I will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area!
