AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
An elegant dining room and refined service make this a nice change of pace from San Cristobal's typical casual restaurant scene. While the restaurant's name might be "El Secreto," this place is not a secret in the city. Among foodies, the restaurant is held in high regard. The menu offers a creative, contemporary take on regional cuisine, and dishes incorporate only the freshest of ingredients. The chef is not shy and explores various courses made from scratch. Enjoy flavorful selections such as "peasant" soup, orange chicken breast and flan.
