The pizza dough is made is made to order, then cooked in a 900 degree wood-fired brick oven. It only takes about 90 seconds for your pizza to finish and they are outstanding in flavor. Fresh San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella are used depending on your pizza choice. The arancini appetizer is also excellent along with all of the salads and desserts.
