The fourth restaurant from the James Beard Award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski and her business partner Beth Gruitch, this place takes seafood to a different level. Start with the octopus, served warm with a nice char, complemented by a slightly sweet pickled onion and dill pistachio pesto. The paella moderna takes all of the elements of a traditional paella, deconstructed for something new. The fried triangle of saffron rice would make an amazing meal even without the seafood accompanying it.
