AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
Accomplished chefs rely on the fresh, prime ingredients available in the Northwest to create decadent nine-course meals accompanied with five to six paired wines. Meals are given a seasonal theme in advance, but specific menu items are not finalized until a few hours before preparation. Plan to arrive early to peruse the extensive wine cellar and join in on a walking tour of the herb gardens. Reservations are required for the complete experience, which takes 4 to 5 hours.
