This restaurant is located on the waterfront of Deer Creek, inside one of Utah's finest state parks, with distant views of Mount Timpanogas. The chef offers a menu inspired by locally sourced products. While the menu may change seasonally, some temptations include roasted cauliflower with chorizo butter sauce, cashew crushed halibut, rabbit lasagna and braised veal shank osso buco. Be sure to save room for the hot skillet chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream. It's absolutely scrumptious!
