This restaurant, located in a historic remodeled church and school, features a ceiling of exposed original walnut log beams. The chef de cuisine offers a seasonally revised menu that balances selections of fresh seafood, veal, game and poultry with an emphasis on local, sustainably produced meats and produce. An extensive wine list is oriented toward French and California vintages but also is well balanced with choices from other regions. Special desserts include crème brûlée and pear tarte.
