AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
With a history that goes back to 1915, this family-owned and -operated barbecue joint is a local favorite. Brisket, sausage and ribs make up most of the menu, but many show up for their famous "gut pack," a Frito-Lay concoction that requires a good appetite. Make a bit more Texas by ordering the tacos or nachos. Dinner is served Friday and Saturday only. Online ordering is available if you prefer to pick up on your way home or after the game.
