Buen Hombre has the best and ideal conditions for learning kitesurfing. The water is flat and shallow, there are no obstacles, there are few people and most importantly of all- Buen Hombre is the windiest beach in the Dominican Republic, so there is a lot more wind than in Cabarete and other areas in the Dominican Republic and also in the Caribbean.
