- The walking tour can be subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
- Timed entry ticket access for Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery is guaranteed, even during peak season (except in the event of delays or strikes by the museum management).
- Please note that the tour requires a minimum number of two guests to run.
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time, you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled.
- Please refer to the correct timings for all four guided tour as displayed on the voucher.

- The Uffizi Gallery guided tour at 11.45 am.
- The Florence City Walking tour at 05.00 pm during the Summer Season and at 03.00 pm during the Winter Season.
- The Wine Tasting tour at 06.30 pm.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
