Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Guests must be able to swim independently without flotation devices
- Guests weighing more than 300 lb (136 kg) are NOT allowed in the water as our water entry / exit staircase has a specific weight limit
- Participants must be at least 5 years old to enter the water.
- Boarding the catamaran may require the ability to navigate steps and move across a rocking boat
- PLEASE NOTE that full-face snorkel masks are NOT allowed to be used by guests
- Important Note: We only serve alcoholic drinks for travelers 21 years old and above. Minor travelers below 21 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
