It's part of the Wulingyuan Scenic area, and is widely considered as one of the most beautiful sightseeing spots in the area. Baofeng Lake is a long, thin lake made out of the pure natural water runoff from the nearby Mount Baofeng. Part of what makes the scene so beautiful is its abundance of green trees and rising stone peaks all around the water, and the dazzling sight of the waterfalls in the distance.
