Your guide, Michele, has been teaching meditation since 2014 and has lived in Sedona for over 20 years. With a background in science and education, she brings a practical, down-to-earth perspective that helps make this work approachable and real. This isn’t a lecture or a highly technical workshop—it’s a guided experience. You’ll have the chance to slow down, tune in, and explore what helps you feel more balanced, clear, and connected.
