This is a unique, once in a lifetime plant medicine making workshop and experience you will not find anywhere else! Embark on a unique plant spirit remedy experience you won’t find anywhere else! You’ll learn how to create energetic plant remedies, otherwise known as flower/plant essences in the beautiful landscape of the Sandia Mountains. By quieting the mind and understanding the language of your own body (somatics), you’ll understand the way in which these frequencies speak with your own body and therefore find the plant that resonates with you. You'll take home your own essence! Guests have shared with me time and time again how impactful this experience has been for them.
