- For Malaysian Citizens Ticket (a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) may be required upon entry as proof of citizenship)
- Please present your booking confirmation at the cashier to redeem your physical ticket.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are provided for storage.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not valid with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
- Lost, damaged, or expired tickets will not be accepted, and no extensions are allowed.
- For private events or changes in operating hours, notice will be given via our social media channels at least one day in advance.

- Space & Time Cube operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last admission at 8:45 PM to allow sufficient time for the full one-hour experience.
