- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- The route is easy for most people. However, please keep in mind that it is a natural trail and includes over 100 steps along the way, so a basic level of physical fitness is required.
- Don’t forget to bring comfortable clothing and proper walking shoes, flip-flops or similar footwear are not suitable for this
- The hanging bridges are 5 to 15 meters above the ground, not especially high, but may feel slightly uncomfortable for those with severe vertigo.
- During the summer months, don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and towel if you’d like to take a refreshing dip in the natural pools. Water shoes are also recommended if you find the rocks uncomfortable, though they’re optional.
- Be sure to bring enough water to stay hydrated during the hike
- On hot days, it’s highly recommended to bring a hat or cap, as well as sunscreen.
- Bring your own packed food.
- Please note that the route includes over 100 steps, which may be challenging for those with knee problems, reduced mobility, or low physical fitness
