- Cable car is easy and everybody can do. If in doubt, you will be placed in the middle, where you can not see the hights.
- Temperature difference due elevation change, less 6 degrees celsius
- Fun Ride: No age restriction from our side. However Fun Ride operator will obligate parents to join there kids of a certain age and hight. Also judgment is an important factor that the rider can Fun Ride solo. Children 4 - 7 years, in company of an adult
- If you bring a pet, specify its type and size
- Advise on any disability, such as back problems, diabetes, allergies, walking problems, fear of heights etc. The earlier this is communicated, the better
- Only bring what you need. Travel light. The cable car can be crowded. Avoid any large bags, or any at all. On the fun ride one may not wear a bag.
- Go early in the day if you can. During the summer season, it’s less hot, and the chance of waiting in line is reduced. 0800am is a good time to be mostly without bigger crowds. Other times are great too, if little less the private is ok
- Food and drinks at the mountain top are moderately priced. To save money, bring your own snacks and beverages. Note that space is limited in Transport Options A and B, and the cable car can be crowded
- Advise us as soon as possible, if you have plans after the tour, as it may run longer, ensuring nothing jeopardizes your later plans
- Grindelwald is busy and expensive thru out the year. The tour reflects that in the cost.
- The activity can easily take 1 hour longer. There is no surcharge
- Important Note: If the weather, primarily due to rain or high wind speeds, makes the Fun Ride and or cable car unsafe or inoperable, you may choose from the following options to replace the activity: 1. Blausee, Castle visit, Thun or Bern visit, tickets included. 5 hours. OR 2. Lake, Waterfall, Aare Gorge, and CLOY Pier visit, tickets included. 4 hours. OR 3. Lauterbrunnen, Staubbach, Trümmelbach, Stechelberg, and Lake visit, tickets included. 4 hours. OR 4. Bern Zoo and Old Town visit, tickets included. 5 hours. OR 5. Chocolate Factory and Old Town Bern visit, tickets included. 5 hours. No refunds will be provided if the weather voids the Fun Ride trip and you opt out of the offered alternatives.
- Happy Tour Switzerland uses WhatsApp as a communication tool. Have this tool available. In certain situations, live location sharing is used, to ease coordination
