Overview
Ky Son is located 55km to the west of Hanoi and is a locality of the historic Duong Lam Village. This idyllic rural area is home to many traditional houses, some of which are over 200 years old. The surrounding landscape offers a picture of traditional Vietnamese rural life, where ancient farming techniques, cottage industries, hamlets and handicrafts have remained unchanged for generations. This area is best explored by foot or on a bicycle, allowing you to stop at leisure and interact with the many hospitable personalities you meet along the way.
