Overview
Hiking in Hólmanes is a magnificent nature walk for hikers of all ages. The two Hólmar islets are adventurous and Hólmatindurinn is impressive as it rises 985 above sea level. Hólmanes is partly protected as a public park and partly as a nature reserve. There is a lot of bird life and is ideal for outdoor activities, whether on cliffs or the beach. Relatively easy walk, just under 5 km.
